Torey Varner
A nationally recognized specialty in medical aesthetics and wellness — built on connection, not volume.
Torey Varner is a Registered Nurse with a nationally recognized specialty in medical aesthetics and wellness. She graduated from Ohio State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and obtained her RN license shortly after.
Originally on track to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Torey made the decision to move across the country to Arizona and pivot into aesthetics — a leap of faith she describes as "the best decision and risk" for her personal discovery and career shift. She discovered the field via Instagram, enrolled in aesthetics training, and has been fully devoted to the craft ever since.
Her practice is built on connection. She considers trust-building her core strength: "When a patient comes in for a consultation and I meet them for the first time, I pride myself in providing a safe space for us to sit down and get to know each other, build trust, and understand exactly why they are there." Her motto — you are not just here for an appointment; we are forming a relationship and treatment plan to prevent signs of aging and have you age gracefully throughout the years — shapes every consult.
In addition to her clinical practice at MODE, Torey teaches neurotoxin technique to other licensed professionals through shadow-training programs in the Scottsdale aesthetic community.
