Moxi is Sciton’s 1927nm non-ablative fractional laser — a gentler, faster alternative to traditional ablative resurfacing. It addresses tone, texture, early-stage pigmentation, and fine lines with minimal downtime and safety across all skin types.

At MODE we offer Moxi across face, neck, and chest, plus regenerative variants paired with Lilium Pure growth factors, and combinations with BBL for synergistic color + texture correction.

Moxi is safe for Fitzpatrick I-VI, but settings are calibrated by skin type and tolerance. We discuss your concerns and match depth.

Pre-treatment prep

Pause retinoids 3 days prior. Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Sun exposure in the 2 weeks prior requires rescheduling.

Treatment

30-45 minutes of active laser passes. Sensation is gentle warmth, like tiny static shocks. Topical numbing used for sensitive patients.

Recovery

Immediately after: pink flush. Day 1-2: bronzing as micro-columns surface. Day 3-5: very fine sandpaper texture as dead cells shed. Day 7: smoother, brighter skin emerging.

Series

3-4 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart for primary correction. Results compound; each session builds on the previous.
