At MODE, every treatment relationship starts with a conversation. Four distinct consultation pathways cover the spectrum of what we do — each matched to the clinician and concern that fits your intent.

All consultations include education, treatment options, and a plan. There’s no pressure to book additional services. Redeemable fees on skincare consults apply toward products or treatments you choose to pursue.

Full-face assessment, education on treatment options, and treatment planning with a nurse injector. No pressure to book the same visit.

Comprehensive skin analysis and customized ZO Skin Health regimen design. Includes treatment plan. Fee is fully redeemable toward any ZO product or treatment purchase.

Telehealth skin consultation with ZO regimen design and product recommendations. Fee is fully redeemable toward ZO product purchases from our shop.

Intake conversation for hormone replacement therapy and wellness — goals, history, discussion of whether HRT fits your situation. If you proceed, a full new-patient intake ($450) follows.

For existing injectable patients — typically 2 weeks post-Botox or 6 weeks post-filler. Assess result, plan adjustments.

For existing skincare patients — check-in on your ZO regimen, adjust products, track progress.

Open-ended time with Heather or Sara when you’re not sure what treatment fits. We listen and recommend from there.
